TIGR’s enhanced reporting capabilities enable busy caregivers to document system usage.
More than forty report templates are available through TIGR, including:
- On-Demand Usage by Point of Care
- Patient Education History
- Survey Results
- Scheduled Play Listing
- Video Frequency by Category
- Video Catalog Listing
- Exam/Survey Database
TIGR enables full documentation of system usage, as well as tests and surveys. Easy access to reporting data is made through a Crystal Reports web server that is accessible from any PC-workstation on the hospital network. Over 40 video and test/survey report templates are available. Data can be narrowed to a point-of-care, individual bed or an individual patient.
TIGR uses Microsoft SQL Server to securely store all TIGR usage data. The TIGR database easily interfaces with other database applications such as human resource software and existing education records databases. TeleHealth provides the data field information for TIGR to assist the hospital in creating data interfaces.
