TeleHealth Services Supports Public Television With Festival Fundraiser

(March 8, 2006) TeleHealth Services supported UNC-TV studios in Research Triangle Park by taking part in UNC-TV Festival 2006, the station' annual on-air fundraising event. Nearly 60 TeleHealth employees answered telephones and recorded more than $30,000 in pledges. Tim Janis, renowned musician and composer, joined TeleHealth in the studio to promote UNC-TV and share segments from his featured program Coastal America.

Coastal America, a new concert special created by Janis, is narrated by actor George Clooney and features Janis' beautiful music against the backdrop of the country' spectacular coastlines with footage of treasured natural landmarks including Cape Hatteras, N.C.

"TeleHealth Services is privileged to partner with UNC-TV to make television more educational and informative," said George Fleming, TeleHealth' President & CEO. "Having Tim Janis in the studio with us is a wonderful inspiration to all of us."
