TeleHealth Services Introduces New Director of Technical Services

(February 5, 2007) TeleHealth Services announces the addition of Chuck Enderline to TeleHealth Services. Mr. Enderline will be the new Director of Technical Services and will oversee the entire Technical Services department including technical service repairs, technical support, the Call Center and field service groups.

Mr. Enderline brings over twenty-five years of management experience to TeleHealth Services. With twenty years at his most recent employer, Hill-Rom, Mr. Enderline worked in client support and has specific expertise in customer service, technical support and call centers. He earned a B.S. in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina and is certified as a Six Sigma black belt in Quality Improvement through North Carolina State University. "Chuck"s unique blend of customer service experience, healthcare knowledge and technical expertise will help us ensure that our customers are receiving the highest level of service and support," says Joel Harris, Vice President of Product Development.
