Program Development & Implementation

Your Outcomes Manager will work tirelessly to help your hospital maximize your system usage and implement system features more effectively to realize ROI of your system. They will work with your team to create specific programs to aid in your hospital initiatives, gain efficiencies, and help you to engage patients and staff in patient education.

System Administration

Your Outcomes Manager will support a number of day-to-day responsibilities such as system updates, reporting, and quality assurance. We do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.


Your Outcomes Manager will be on-site for your in-services and system go-live training. Outcomes Managers also develop on-going staff engagement tools to support staff training of your system. This may also include one-on-one or group re-training sessions through teleconference or webinar.

Analysis, Tracking, & Monitoring

Your Outcomes Manager will help analyze utilization metrics and data, pull reports, and develop performance scorecards for education and service recovery efforts.
